Meet Nik Froehlich Founder of Saritasa

Nik Froehlich was passionate about technology and the improvements brought to everyday life founded Saritasa back in 2005.

Saritasa delivered 1800+ projects, thanks to the passionate employee of five offices location who worked for a decade.

He realized that businesses often are afraid to adopt new technology and wanted to bridge innovation, industry, and business.

What is the story of Saritasa?

My interest in technology began in high school.

I was passionate about it, but I decided not to pursue it until I had the chance to start a business.

I discovered that I could use my passion for technology to improve my day-to-day operations.

I learned that technology is crucial to a business’s success early.

Saritasa continues to be a valuable asset to many companies, both in terms of technology foundations and operations.

How do you stay productive?

You must be a CEO and know your company’s goals.

My business-oriented routine is simple. My daily routine starts with financial check-ins.

Then I move on to my schedule. A calendar is essential to keep track of the operations and meetings Saritasa attends.

Technology is the driving force at Saritasa.

However, strategy is vital to our daily operations. Communication, structure, and meeting our clients’ needs are top priorities.

How do you bring ideas to life?

A good idea is the beginning of a new project.

A great idea may sound fantastic, but it is unlikely that the goal will be achieved if there are no tangible ways to start.

I use my past experiences to help me bring my ideas to fruition.

I’ll call a team meeting or talk to trusted resources to discuss ideas or determine an objective.

Once I have been approved or solicited for the mission, I often strategize how to execute it.

What’s your favorite trend?

Technology can improve productivity and make it more accessible for everyone.

This is a trend that business people around the globe are beginning to notice.

Companies that embrace technology will be more creative, productive, and have more fantastic ideas.

Immersive technology, both AR and VR, is the most prominent example.

Companies are already using virtual reality to train and augmented reality to market. However, a lot depends on the hardware.

People will be more likely to adopt affordable and accessible hardware.

What habits make you productive?

Trusting my instincts and believing in myself is one habit that I have.

Thick skin is what I believe in, and this applies to my honesty in taking calculated risks.

This is something I think entrepreneurs should practice.

Your product, mission, and values should be supported.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

Hire the right people and fire quickly. Do not compromise your ethical standards.

Be consistent in delivering the best possible service and taking responsibility. Your leadership is as effective as your team.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Your worth is more significant than you realize. It’s easy to charge more.

Your gut instincts are more accurate than you think.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Adapt. Reevaluate–Swim downstream, not upstream.

What’s your rich strategy?

Follow the demand. Find out what people are looking for and determine if you can satisfy that demand.

It’s okay not to be the best person for the job.

Do not let your ego get in the way of what you are trying to accomplish.

You must fill a need, not just your own but the market.

The biggest failures I have seen are people who believe they have identified a requirement but only try to solve a problem individually.

How do you overcome Failure?

Failure is part of being an entrepreneur. Both my successes and my failures have been part of the entrepreneurial journey.

It is vital to have complete control over your leadership and your own decisions.

Then, once you have succeeded, you must be comfortable sharing your responsibilities to maintain that success.

The one thing I failed to conquer was being too confident and overthinking things.

I put myself in situations that I couldn’t fix and didn’t have enough money to hire the help I needed.

It is said that you should not reach for more than you can handle. This is true for all entrepreneurs.

Can you share a business idea?

It is difficult to give a business idea I wouldn’t for, but I recommend approaching ideas with a market in place of an “I can make a difference in the world” app.

I’ll be 56 in a few months, and all ideas I see aren’t within my age range.

Take a look at the 25-44 crowd and find a need. I’ve always found suitable needs and filled them, which has brought me success.

What’s your recent best buy?

I cannot speak for the $100. I met a man in NY who was living on strings.

He wanted to become an actor but couldn’t afford it. I paid his tuition.

He was happy, and he was able to pursue a dream that he wouldn’t otherwise have been able to.

He promises me that I will be invited if he gets to the awards.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

Communication is the way I run my business.

It has allowed me and my employees to work anywhere. Email, text, Skype.

Which book would you recommend?

Steve Jobs. This book is a source of inspiration for all entrepreneurs looking to be leaders.

What’s your favorite quote?

I don’t have a favorite quote because quotes don’t define me or my journey.

However, I know that sections can be meaningful in moments and milestones.

TL;DR by Nik Froehlich

Understand your failures and learn from them.

Prioritize setting concrete goals and how to achieve them.

Do not try to make it all happen.

You’ve probably made it, but you should look at the goals that are needed to improve or meet society’s needs.
