Where did the idea of Residents Medical come from?

I noticed that I wanted to help medical college students and graduates who have been unable to enhance their careers in residency and fellowship. I changed into looking at the severe physician scarcity in America and needed to do something to help humanity.

I also started the Consultancy arm of RMG to assist healthcare structures in America and abroad, especially in third-world countries that want to improve their healthcare systems.

I also believe that a fantastic way to expand doctors is to start residency packages at community hospitals, which is what we are doing. We are helping humanity through medicinal drugs, developing the future doctors of America, and improving healthcare globally.

I commenced The Everest Foundation, a non-income foundation, as I want to assist clinical faculties and the network through investment initiatives to accumulate our healthcare devices. Funding research and doing network outreach are vital to give back.

What is your traditional day, and how are you making it productive?

I start my day by waking up early to study the Bible and meditate, which helps me focus and find inspiration for the day. After a morning workout, I help my wife prepare our children for school.
