NovaTech: Where did it all begin?
Although we have helped many other businesses grow, my business partners and I never found one that could not help us reach a glass ceiling.
We were forced to look for another company to develop our last business.
After much research, we could not find any business that reflected our ideals or how we wanted a trade to run.
Instead of finding a company that matched our business values, we created and did things the way we felt they should.
How do you stay productive?
For me, a typical day is less than a typical week. It’s like the days are just rolling into one another.
NovaTech doesn’t take much time off or sleep well.
Most of our work involves putting out fires when necessary.
Forex trading platforms require constant monitoring.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we monitor performance and activity.
The remainder of the day is spent solving customer problems, developing new projects, and answering customer questions.
We pride ourselves on being available to our customers 24 hours a day.
Our service is more important than any performance record or other thing.
We wouldn’t be in a position to continue the business without it.
How do you bring ideas to life?
There is a lot of trial and error involved. Our leadership team is involved a lot.
We have roundtables with the owners, founders, and management staff daily.
We like to share our ideas with them before we make significant decisions.
They are the ones who use the system every day.
Our team brings together ideas and tests them to get them to life.
What’s your favorite trend?
We are in the cryptocurrency industry. The most exciting trend is that crypto continues its evolution daily and is increasingly accepted.
Even scary concepts, such as ideas about regulating it, are signs that it is becoming more widely accepted.
It is one of few things that can equally reach every part of the globe.
What habits make you productive?
My efforts are relentless. I am resolute in finding ways to improve or create a better version of something that doesn’t work.
Failure is something to embrace and not fear.
NovaTech is a business that doesn’t fear failure.
This gives us the freedom and flexibility to innovate and build new products.
What’s your advice for the Noob?
My younger self could get the best advice: Let others be part of the process.
I have always been a perfectionist. It was difficult for me to delegate tasks as I wanted to ensure that everything went smoothly.
However, I had to accept that not everything worked out as planned and that this was part of the learning process.
We humans can only accept reality when we are ready to face it. Building a business takes a team effort.
It’s not something you do by yourself. Therefore, I would encourage my younger self not to judge others and accept help.
What is one thing we can all agree on?
Money is not everything. Network marketers and business partners tend to focus on money, especially when dealing with business.
They aren’t always focused on the process, growth, or education that goes with it.
They fear losing and see any loss as a failure. Failure is an opportunity to learn and part of the learning process.
If people focus on money, they will always be disappointed.
Money will come naturally if people learn something and help others.
What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?
Don’t get comfortable. Never get comfortable. Keep looking for new resources and methods.
As an entrepreneur, it’s interesting to see that entrepreneurs tend to focus on one aspect of the business.
People will focus on one part of a business and not the entire industry or build things in a certain way that excludes all others.
Because it prevents them from thinking outside the box and becoming uncomfortable, they can allow their focus to become a roadblock.
This can lead to complacency. It can lead to complacency.
This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to leap into everything unquestioningly.
However, being open to taking risks and trying different things would be best.
What’s your rich strategy?
It would be best if you had patience and lots of communication.
Establishing goals and ensuring everyone understands their roles in achieving them is essential.
You must help others grow as a leader. The only way a company can grow is if its people develop and grow—CEOs, managers, and everyone else.
It is essential to keep communication open and make yourself available, especially if you are in a leadership position.
How do you overcome Failure?
It’s not surprising that I have had several failures. It is impossible to do everything right the first time.
It takes a lot of practice for a baby to learn to walk, just as they will fall on their faces a hundred times before walking and running.
I do the same with business. Failing is normal, but it’s part of the learning process.
Everyone would know what to do when they get out of the box, and they would all be successful. But not everyone can become a millionaire.
It’s all about learning from my mistakes and looking at what others are doing wrong to learn from their mistakes.
If you pay attention to the results of others, you can jump-start your learning.
Can you share a business idea?
Everybody should learn how to trade and transact cryptocurrency independently without any help.
Even if you only intend to purchase small amounts of cryptocurrency and resell it.
It’s not easy to understand, and people fear it.
However, I recommend everyone take any part they can afford and learn how to use crypto.
It can be stimulating and fun for anyone finding the right amount of money to invest.
It opens up a world of investing that you won’t learn about in school if you don’t get too excited.
Unsurprisingly, Tesla and Overstock.com have accepted cryptocurrency payments for years.
Cryptocurrency bridges the financial gap between different societies and economies and between the poor worldwide and the rich in the United States.
It bridges all those societies so you can interact worldwide.
It allows everyone to transact seamlessly on an equal playing field.
And it’s worth the same amount for everyone.
While I don’t believe everyone should abandon their bank accounts to trade crypto, it is something that I do recommend.
It’s an exciting finance branch; more people should trade and interact with cryptocurrency.
What’s your recent best buy?
My favorite $100 spent on food is on a meal.
It’s worth every penny to sit down and enjoy a great meal.
This is one thing I don’t think we do enough of, especially with the busy workday.
Giving your time and money is great to bring the family together.
What are your favorite Software or Apps?
It’s our affiliate platform. It’s a kind of one-stop shop that covers everything.
You can see your stats, track your investments, and manage your business.
We continue to improve and grow this program. The Forex platform we use is very standard.
It is a standard industry practice and works great out of the box.
Giving people the tools to manage their business daily can be challenging.
Our unique platform allows users all the required resources but still works effectively.
Which book would you recommend?
I highly recommend any book by John C. Maxwell. I have probably read half a dozen of his books.
Because he is a pastor and one of the leading pastors at my church, he is one of my favorite leaders and business coaches.
When he is preaching or coaching, I try to be there. His central theme is giving value to others.
There are elements of coaching, leadership, and building a business.
But he says that spirituality and adding value to others are the core of all his endeavors.
That business model is my favorite. Although I have only met him once or twice, I consider him one of his most respected mentors and coaches.
What’s your favorite quote?
I have a tattoo of Exodus 14-14:14 on my arm: “The Lord will fight for you; you must only be still.”
This verse reminds us that we don’t have to face every battle.
Sometimes, we face struggles that only exist in our heads.
We create obstacles because we are too afraid to succeed and too scared of failing.
Sometimes, we need silence to realize there might be a solution somewhere we didn’t expect.
Instead of finding a solution for every problem, try to make the most of what you have to build on it and improve upon it.
