Andre Oentoro is the founder of Breadnbeyond, an award-winning explainer videos business.

He assists companies in increasing conversion rates, making more sales, and increasing ROI with explainer videos (in the order they are ordered).

What was the source of inspiration for Breadnbeyond originate?

The whole thing began in 2009 when I was able to help my friends create logos, posters, and banners, anything that had to do with being related to graphics for their business.

The name Breadnbeyond is an abbreviation of branding and animation Design.

The concept became more substantial as clients increased by recommendations and word-of-mouth.

I started exploring explainer videos for production about a month after I was approached by Boulder, Colorado, a client with whom I’ve been working.

I was aware that an explainer video could be a tool businesses could consider investing in in the future.

In the early days, “how-it-works” videos (now they are often referred to as”how-to” videos) began to be a constant trend on YouTube.

Twitter also created its first explainer video, which received significant attention. In addition, an explainer film-assisted Dropbox is finally receiving interest.

This led me to focus solely on explaining video production and leave out all graphic design projects which were in my way.

Within five months, I needed to add more employees because the demand for my services grew exponentially.

What does your day-to-day routine look like? And how can you ensure that it is productive?

I typically get up in the morning at about 5:45 am.

Then, I head to my desk and check my email, to-do lists, and schedule to determine what I must do during the day and then plan around them.

Once I clearly understand the structure of my workday, I will eat breakfast at around 9:45-9:45, typically before an appointment with my sales team around 10 am.

I’m morning-oriented. It’s a good idea to get up early in the morning.

Very well for me to consider and plan what I’m planning to accomplish throughout the rest of the day.

If I’m about to make an important choice, I tend to doze off and rethink it when I’m feeling fresh at the beginning of the day.

How do you bring your ideas to your

I like always to be interested and keep an eye on any ideas that come to mind. Don’t put off anything. This is why I always carry notes-taking apps to assist me in capturing notes on ideas and some interesting information I have heard everywhere I travel. Noting them down helps me take action.

What is one trend that you are excited about?

Every 10-12 years, it’s an important trend in the technology world.

In the last decade, the app store was a store. It’s an ample space where app developers try to break into their industry through something they’re committed to.

In this decade, it appears that cryptocurrency, blockchain, and NFTs are now making their appearance in the big boys ‘ club.

Many new cash-flows are being introduced to the cryptocurrency market and examining future applications of the metaverse and the internet 3.0.

I’m wondering what’s to come in the coming decade.

Blockchain and crypto will rule the market? Will it be web 3.0? Are there emerging trends becoming the norm in the tech world shortly?

Let’s learn more!

What’s one thing you do to help you become more productive as a business owner?

In addition to helping me bring my thoughts to life, writing down notes and all the things I have to keep in mind increases my productivity.

I use Evernote to keep track of and manage every letter I make at my fingertips.

When I need to go through particular notes, I can quickly locate them.

This app for note-taking can save me lots of time, making it much simpler to allow me to spend more time working on what is most important.

Which advice do you impart to yourself to your future self?

Financial advice: Purchase Bitcoin as it’s new and keep it in a place that is secure for the next 20 years.

Another tip: Eat healthily and organic foods.

Share something with us that is the truth that virtually no one is with you about.

I’m not having trouble convincing people to accept my views by stating obvious, non-controversial assertions. There’s nothing I could speak about it.

Some people don’t agree with my point of view. I constantly recall, “There’s no such thing as free lunch.”

However, I believe the world is divided 50-50 on this.

Being an entrepreneur, what’s the thing you’ve done repeatedly, and what would you recommend to everyone else?

I believe only people with a highly flexible workforce can succeed in this constantly changing, rapid-moving, constantly-changing, and on-demand business we’re in.

What’s important to my colleagues and me here is to continue going forward, stay up on the most recent trends and improve our skills to get an edge in the market.

We conduct regular training sessions to discuss new ideas and our expertise and ensure that everybody is on the same team.

It is essential to continuously learn how to learn, refresh our knowledge, and adapt to the changing times in the world around us.

What strategy has allowed you to grow your company?

I’ve focused on international clients from the very beginning.

This is why my goal was always to make my service more easily accessible and noticeable to people from all over the globe.

Therefore, enhancing the digital presence is equally important in addition to investing in a skilled and experienced team.

I’ve been investing in modern marketing methods to ensure that my business is more accessible online and kept at the forefront of technology.

More people know and learn about my services via unique and valuable articles such as social media posts and collaborations.

They’ve been successful in creating leads for even customers and us. The sales funnel complete.

What was the biggest mistake that you experienced as an entrepreneur? If so, how did you get over it?

I’ve made plenty of mistakes throughout my career as an entrepreneurial business person.

One of the things I’d like to talk about right now is to select your business partner carefully.

Partnering with a business is the same as having a spouse get married.

The company you run is something you created and must nurture to allow it to grow.

It would help if you looked for an associate with traits compatible with your skills.

This will ensure that everything is balanced correctly. Even if you have different characteristics and perhaps other skills, provide you desire to achieve the same thing and share the same values and goals.

I’ve made some mistakes when selecting my business partners before, and we ended up getting divorced.

What’s one business concept that you’d be willing to give to our readers?

I’m sure many people would prefer to purchase an image generator, regardless of whether it’s a plugin or an application.

Content generators, AI-powered writers, and online writing assistants are becoming more popular. Still, image generators that create custom-designed images in just a few minutes for unpublished articles that are being written remain a bit behind in the development.

A variety of Open AI projects can be used, like Dall-E, which powers this plugin.

Maybe the integration of Canva. I think this would be an ideal tool for content creators.

What was the most memorable $100 you’ve spent recently? What is the reason?

I’m a guy who loves family. I spent around $100 for my family to the park outside of town and have dinner at a great family-friendly restaurant.

It’s a shame that I don’t get to complete it all the time because my children must be in school. It’s boring to repeat the same routine every single day.

What is the one application or web service that can help you become more productive?

Evernote. Refer to #5 above.

What is the best book you think your community read, and why?

“The 4-Hour Workweek, written by Tim Ferris, is one of the most insightful books I’ve ever read.

I highly recommend entrepreneurs go through it. It’s a playbook to live your life according to your design and under your control.

I knew a few valuable tips and found lots of fascinating information that was worthwhile.

The book discusses living a life of mini-retirement, being better, and not wasting your time.

It was beneficial in reassessing my life working, my career, and how I am directing it. I love the great details on the travel aspect too.

What is your most cherished quote?

“Life is like playing a video game.”

The game is a learning experience and eventually beating the game. Alternatively, you may decide to stop playing.
