Kristina Center, a multi-preneur who is also a TEDx speaker in neuromarketing, is a TEDx speaker.

Over the past decade, Kristina built her digital marketing agency SocialCow, focusing on wellness.

This includes healthcare, aesthetics, and CBD clients.

After years of implementing neuromarketing in her clients’ campaigns, Kristina founded SellTheBrain.

This neuro analysis company uses neuropsychology signals (emotion recognition and eye-tracking) to help brands reduce marketing spending and increase profits.

It ensures that client campaigns resonate with the ideal customers.

Kristina can be found paddle boarding, hiking, or discovering new food spots in Miami and New Y, or where she divides her time.

What is the story of Sell the Brain?

The term “Sell the Brain” is a play neuromarketing’s words to describe what it does.

It helps brands sell the customer or their minon products, ideas, and services.

How do you stay productive?

Planning the dad is key to a productive workday for me.

Although I know my daily routines (including greeting the sunrise at the ocean), I need to change the scenery from time to time.

To make sure I have my to-do lists ready for the morning, I plan the best route to my meetings and calls and where I will work.

This usually involves a Starbucks stop. To maximize productivity, I begin my day at 8 a.m. and keep my meetings to a minimum after 1 p.m.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I believe in “better done rather than perfect.” I try to execute as soon as I have a clear vision. Focus on the “why” and not the. “”w”.

File your LLC, open a bank account, and get your logo. Each day, take a step toward that vision.

It helps me find people who excel at things that aren’t my strength.

This helps to make my vision a reality faster and more efficiently.

What’s your favorite trend?

Authenticity. It is refreshing to see influencers display their natural bodies alongside their posed photos without any lighting or angles.

This is a positive step towards making social media more healthy.

What habits make you productive?

Over a decade as an entrepreneur, I have learned that sometimes pushing through is not the best option.

You may have to put your emotions aside and move on with your day.

But you must also set aside a time for them to be dealt with.

I usually give myself a time limit to deal with overwhelm.

It is determined by how conquered I am. I give myself a set amount of time for a break or rest.

This could be a 20-minute nap, an hour extra at the gym, or two hours to create something.

My maximum time limit is two hours. Then I return to the task and am far more productive than if my overwhelm was just a feeling.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

My younger self is an excellent example of me.

She did all she could, and, most importantly, she believed in herself completely.

I would hug her and tell her that she is doing well.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

You can accurately predict the success and failure of your marketing campaigns before they are launched.

This is without spending time on endless tweaking and testing. It’s known as neuromarketing.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Revision and updating your vision is a good idea.

This is what I do every 3 to 6-months in detail by writing down my perfect day in the future.

This is how I attracted everything I have and all I am doing right now.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try, but you won’t feel forced to do so.

What’s your rich strategy?

Establish authentic, strategic relationships.

About 80% of our business was sourced from other marketing agencies at one time.

While most would view us as competitors, we created relationships that allowed them to feel comfortable working with us.

How do you overcome Failure?

Many, but most of them occurred when I wasn’t sure I was capable.

You can overcome any failure by training your brain to view it as a lesson or a chance and reprimanding yourself as much as you can.

Can you share a business idea?

Whitelabel products for a rapidly growing industry like CBWhite labeling products in a growing sector like CBD allows you to reduce your manufacturing costs and use a proven product.

It is essential to look for a product that has been successful in the marketplace and provide proof of concept.

What’s your recent best buy?

A course in deep learning, building artificial neural networks.

I decided to complete the entiperiodrse of 126 hours even though it felt like I was in Calculus first grade.

The future is in how we think and how machines are taught to think for us.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

There are many, but Zapier would be my choice.

My team will tell you that I love anything that reduces our time and makes it easier to do things faster and with more minor errors.

Many of our tasks are automated, particularly those that involve data transfer and then require an action.

Our clients can upload information to a shared Google Sheet, and Zapier automatically transfers the information to our review system.

This allows us to automate sending out review requests. This saves hours of data entry.

It also allows us to invest the profits in our team’s education and will enable us to pay more for tasks that a machine can do.

Which book would you recommend?

There are so many options! There are so many books on business and self-development that I enjoy reading.

If I had to pick one, it would be ” UntetherSouloul” by Michael Singer.

Although the author’s story is inspiring enough on its own, this book helps me see how I define myself and others.

This book will help you to let go of any limiting cycles.

It is one of my favorite books to listen to as an audiobook.

I have heard at least six times to it – almost as often as Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

What’s your favorite quote?

“When there’s a will, there’s away.” This quote has profoundly changed my understanding over the years.

Russians are taught to work hard towards their goals and almost forcefully achieve them.

This perseverance was what got me to the hospital at 23 with life-threatening septicemia.

It was a blessing in disguise. I had to reevaluate my approach and redefine the quote.

I wasn’t attached to the result but the process. What I was goito ng accomplish – “the path” – didn’t become a barrier. I focused on nurturing the “will.”

TL;DR by Kristina Centnere

  • The will is what you should be focusing on, not the path. Be clear about what you want, and how it will be achieved.
  • Zapier, a time-optimizing technology that optimizes your workflow, can help you be more efficient. You can save time on tasks that a machine cannot do and spend more time on tasks you can do. This will allow you to give value to your clients as well as your team.
  • Neuromarketing is the new gold in a world that doesn’t use cookies. Programmatic and contextual marketing will be key players as platforms reduce cookie-use. Neuromarketing is the best way to make these platforms more cost-efficient and effective.
