Dmitry Lyubimov, a visionary entrepreneur, is the charismatic founder of UNIQ Los Angeles.

This company is the largest yacht rental company in Southern California and expands rapidly throughout the United States.

Even though he is at the top of the yacht rental industry, his success as an entrepreneur was not easy.

Dmitry had to endure hardships and difficulties to get to where he is today.

Dmitry, who graduated from a Russian university with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, moved to America.

He sold his car to buy a plane to California. Upon arrival, he struggled to survive on a variety of low-paying jobs.

His first jobs included stints at McDonald’s and a mover’s job.

He was also saving money, making connections, and learning business knowledge that he then used to start several moderately successful businesses.

He had his first major break when he started an advertising company almost six years later.

He made a significant income through the company, which enabled him to purchase his first yacht, a 31-foot Sea Ray Sundancer.

UNIQ later made it a business asset.

UNIQ has grown exponentially since then, doubling its profits each year to become the juggernaut company we see today.

What is the story of UNIQ Los Angeles get its idea?

I considered the clientele we were trying to target as a company.

They are a majority of the top 1%, so they are unique.

Second, I thought about how we want to treat our customers.

To keep our customers coming back, I had to treat them entirely differently from other companies. It was a unique way to do business.

Finally, I considered our best-of-the-line products and inventory and our outstanding staff exclusive to our brand.

I gathered all of these elements together to create the abbreviated version of unique, a.k.a.

UNIQ was the name of the company’s core service and modus operandi.

How do you stay productive?

I start my day as most people do. I get up in the morning, have my breakfast, and then work.

A healthy breakfast is an excellent way to keep my energy up and boost productivity.

I try to eat a lot of fiber, including carbs, protein, and vegetables.

To improve my mood, I also enjoy coffee. Exercise is something I enjoy doing in my spare time.

Boxing and swimming are two of my favorite activities.

I find that all of these activities help me regain my energy and increase my productivity throughout the day.

On my typical office day, I meet with web designers, staff, and other departments to keep them informed about its progress.

We work together to solve problems and find new ways to improve our products and services.

When I work, I do my best to complete tasks today.

I don’t want to accumulate a large backlog of uncompleted tasks.

I also like to take on any new work or brainstorm ideas that will improve the company.

​How do you bring ideas to life?​

I am fortunate to have an experienced team of highly skilled professionals who can help me with any new ideas.

If we feel the idea is worthwhile, we will discuss the finances and human resources.

This will ensure that we cover all bases and increase the chance of success when we launch the idea.

What’s your favorite trend?

The recent rollout of Metaverse has certainly captured my attention.

It’s a sign of a new internet, and it will open up new frontiers for all kinds of businesses.

​What habits make you productive?

Being on time and adhering to my promises are the best things.

Even though I’m tired or not feeling like it, I try to make sure I attend all meetings on a given day.

Employees and businesspeople will trust you more when you are trustworthy.

This leads to increased productivity and a positive impact on the bottom line.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

Do not allow yourself to be easily distracted. Learn to say no. Do not trust people too much. Buy Bitcoin and work more.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Unsurprisingly, I am pretty good at communicating with people.

However, most people who meet me initially disagree with me.

However, I am a persuasive speaker who often gets people to agree with me.

I believe that 95% of people aren’t happy with my explanation of why they don’t reach their goals and become rich.

It’s because they lack faith in themselves. They have a distorted view of themselves.

If you can improve your self-perception, you will hold yourself to a higher standard and take the steps necessary to grow.

Although great confidence won’t always lead you to where you want, it will help you make incredible strides towards your goals.

It is also essential to believe that you are worthy of success.

It is important to visualize all you want, regardless of how impossible they seem.

Then, wake up feeling worthy and get to work each day.

​What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Keep your eyes on the prize. One of the reasons new businesses fail is when their founders become distracted.

They either don’t devote their time to vital tasks or get distracted by relationships and networks.

Keep your eyes on the ball, especially when your business is just starting to take off.

What’s your rich strategy?

Doing a thorough market analysis before entering any industry and again after your business has established roots.

The first helps you identify any market gaps and determine how to close them.

This will help you make your business stand out and be profitable.

Analyzing the customer’s changing needs allows you to stay ahead of your competition and meet them.

This makes your business more attractive and helps you stay ahead of the competition.

How do you overcome Failure?

IT ISN’T EASY TO PINPOINT ONE since I have had so many failures.

It’s hard to say what I can do other than keep going and not give up.

It would be best if you learned from past failures to succeed.

This can be done by analyzing and learning from your mistakes to make better decisions next time.

​Can you share a business idea?​

I recommend investing in cryptocurrency. Although there is a lot of debate about crypto investing, I believe that crypto can be a viable business option if you have the proper knowledge and guidance.

There are many options. You can always find new cryptocurrencies that you can buy at a lower price and then sell later for a substantial profit.

It is like all online trading; there are risks. I highly recommend that you learn about cryptocurrency trading to minimize those risks.

What’s your recent best buy? ​

I’d choose oysters. They are my favorite food, and I order them at least once per week at my favorite restaurant.

Professionally, there isn’t much you can buy for $100.

Inflation today means that $100 is no longer the same as it was ten years ago.

However, a few years ago, I bought a cash counting machine that still works today for $100. That’s why I consider it my best business investment.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

Essential iPhone apps are beneficial, especially when scheduling events and the time.

Siri is also synchronized with my car system, which I use for reminders and setting up events.

Which book would you recommend?

Cashflow Quadrant Robert Kiyosaki. It was the first book I read when I arrived in the United States.

It helped me to understand the inner workings and running a business.

It helped me change my perspective and help me to see finances in a different way, which allowed me to become a successful business owner.

  • Research your market. It is essential to study your market and your competitors in order to gain an edge over them and keep the lead.
  • Keep your eyes on the prize. Most businesses fail today because owners lose sight and spend too much time on non-essential tasks. You must keep your daily focus on the important tasks in order to be successful and productive throughout the day.
  • Never give up. Setbacks will happen, but they shouldn’t hold you back. Entrepreneurs can bounce back from difficulties by being resilient and looking back at their past to learn how they might avoid repeating the same mistakes.
