I wish I could have a typical day! There are no two days ever the same.

I start my day with meditation and setting my intentions.

They help me stay focused and can be a great time management tool.

There are many meetings that I attend each day.

It is essential to make the most of my time when working.

I break down my projects into multiple tasks and assign time to each job to accomplish this.

A notebook is always in my bag, on my bedside table, and at my desk.

It’s easy to record my thoughts and quickly track my progress.

Since the pandemic outbreak, workplace mental health trends have been on the rise.

Every organization must put employee mental health first.

Mental health issues can harm productivity, performance, retention, and well-being.

Organizations will see better work-life balance, lower stigma, and greater levels of well-being when they prioritize mental health and equity for their employees.

It is both thrilling and refreshing to witness.

​What habits make you productive?

My productivity is directly related to having a consistent 8-hour sleep each night.

Recognizing and accepting my limitations has been a monumental step. It is essential to take time to reset.

Deep restorative sleep is vital for our mental health.

It helps us recover from both physical and mental exhaustion, which supports our cognition.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

Be confident in your abilities! You can accomplish anything you want.

You can experience more if you worry less.

Procrastination and worry will only limit your ability to explore the world around you.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Rational thinking is dependent on emotions! Every emotion is a messenger that we can use to make decisions.

Emotions are often seen as a hindrance to sound decision-making.

However, I believe that they can provide a deeper level of information, leading to better decision-making.

​What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

I am being consistent! To sustain growth, consistency is key!

Being consistent is key to success. Habit formation is the result of character.

Good habits are a prerequisite for success. You are what you repeatedly do!

Your brain is wired to do what you repeatedly do.

Therefore, it is essential to have good habits.

This will allow your brain to become more resilient and make good choices.

What’s your rich strategy?

It is vital to have the right skillset in your team.

It is invaluable to have people who understand your brand vision and can offer suggestions that fit your needs.

My business has seen unexpected growth and development because I have trusted in the abilities and capabilities of others.

How do you overcome Failure?

I’ve had many entrepreneurial failures, but I always saw them as learning curves. I learned valuable lessons from each one.

A lesson is always learned. This mindset toward failure can help you overcome and also lead to wisdom.

​Can you share a business idea?​

A network that allows people to discuss their mental health openly.

This will eventually dispel the stigma and enable more people to get their support.

What’s your recent best buy? ​

It would need to be an upgrade from the Paperwhite Amazon

Kindle. I feel most at ease with a book in my hands.

I can turn the pages and use vintage bookmarks that I have collected on my travels.

The Kindle is lightweight and allows me to read endlessly.

I can take my books everywhere with me! It is easy to read multiple books because of the battery life and storage capacity.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

The organization is crucial for productivity.

Slack is the most recent.

Space can be used to navigate team meetings and conferences.

Which book would you recommend?

I love to read. There are many. One of my favorite books is The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

This book can be beneficial in understanding your habits and helping you to reflect on them.

This book explains the nature of patterns and how people and companies can use them.

“You cannot go back and alter the beginning. But you can start from where you are now and change the ending.”
