What’s your career story?

The real estate market has always fascinated me. Despite my career’s high earning potential, the market is constantly changing.

This means that I’m always up for new and exciting challenges.

I enjoy the flexibility of my workday. I want both the legal and financial aspects of my industry.

How do you stay productive?

Although my responsibilities and tasks are constantly changing as a Real Estate Broker, I find ways to organize my day.

My mornings include email and phone calls, while my afternoons are reserved for administrative tasks and meetings.

It is helpful for me to have a routine each day and to be able to concentrate on one task at a given time.

Since the pandemic, I have found that I am now more in my office, and I can meet with many clients online.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I believe constructive criticism is essential to the brainstorming process.

My team comprises highly talented individuals who bring an exceptional level of knowledge and talent to the company.

Before implementing any new idea, I always pass it past my colleagues.

What’s your favorite trend?

It’s interesting to see how the real estate landscape has changed in the past twelve months.

The continued investment in warehouse facilities is what I would recommend.

Increased inventory space is needed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise of e-commerce.

Many of our clients are looking to invest in such properties.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

I believe that failure is an integral part of the learning process.

I’ve had to face many unexpected challenges in my career, but it has made me stronger.

A mentor is a valuable resource, especially for those just starting a job.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Multitasking is not a thing. To maximize your productivity, it is crucial to focus only on one task at a given time.

It is essential to provide your full attention to all jobs, no matter how small.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Networking isn’t just about real estate.

It is educational and inspiring to surround yourself with like-minded people.

I’ve learned so much from people in and out of my industry.

I’ve also pursued many career opportunities by simply reaching out to other real estate professionals.

What’s your rich strategy?

The COVID-19 pandemic forced me to reevaluate my business model.

We now focus more on the digital landscape and invest more in our online marketing efforts to reach a wider audience.

How do you overcome Failure?

When you own and operate your business, there are many obstacles.

You want to do everything, but this can lead to burnout and inefficient business owners.

My first challenge was to be able to delegate the less important tasks to others.

Can you share a business idea?

The real estate landscape is moving forward because of our continued reliance on technology.

I would recommend an application that gives you virtual access to properties for sale.

What’s your recent best buy?

Recently, I purchased a subscription to an internet news platform.

I’m always interested in keeping up with what’s happening around the globe.

It is vital to stay informed about the latest events.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

I consider myself highly productive and am constantly looking for ways to make my time more efficient.

Technology is a vital part of my life. Score and Monday let me manage my daily workflow from one location.

I must have access to all the resources and tools necessary to succeed in my industry.

Which book would you recommend?

Think again: The Power to Know What You Do Not Know is a book I highly recommend.

Adam Grant wrote it. This book offers some great insight into how to rethink and position yourself to foster positive change in your daily life.

What’s your favorite quote?

Because those who don’t care don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.

Dr. Seuss

TL;DR by Khalil Henareh
