What is the story of Cha Global Coaching?

It was a random choice, a whim. Cha is my last name. Cha is a Korean word that means vehicle. My job is similar to how cars transport one person from A to B. I help executives around the globe achieve this transformation. My name conveys the essence of my work well.

How do you stay productive?

My typical day starts at 5 AM. My morning routine begins at 5 AM. I make my coffee with natural cocoa powder and then work on my meditation. Some days, I do short yoga. The first four hours I spend on creative or other important business work are used.

I take many breaks between each task. The amount of work I have that day will determine when I leave employment. It could be as low as three days on some days.

It could be three days a week, or on other days, it might be seven. Setting aside time each morning to do all my work helps me be productive.

How do you bring ideas to life?

My shower, meditation, and waking up each morning are the times I have the most ideas. If you think about a problem or try to do something, your subconscious will not give you any ideas. Take your mind off work. This is when you will have the best ideas and a clear vision of making them real.

What’s your favorite trend?

The topic of mental health and related issues is becoming very popular. What excites me even more is the increased awareness of how people treat others. Cruella was a movie I watched with my children the other day.

They refer to the antagonist in Cruella as a narcissist. This could not have happened in the 1990s, as no one would have understood. Now, people do. It is easier to understand words.

What habits make you productive?

Every entrepreneur goes through a time when faced with both time and health problems. Exercise is a classic piece of advice. My brain does not function optimally when I exercise too much.

My focus is on conserving energy to fuel my brainpower. Even short meditations are an excellent habit to have as an entrepreneur.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

My advice to my younger self is not to focus on finding a partner. It’s like a checkbox, and others around you will encourage you to do so.

It’s not the best thing for alpha-level leaders. In relationships, you will find the person who best matches your needs.

It is impossible to know if the other person will work as hard on self-improvement as you, which can lead to problems. Focus on your personal development first. Everything else will flow naturally when you can level up and match your success.

Your life will unfold naturally.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Strategies are not the reason you aren’t succeeding. Relationships are the key to success. Every person has a relationship plan that guides how they approach and show up in their lives. These relationships can help you bring in money and open up new opportunities.

You’ll have problems on your path to success if you don’t get along with the right people, are prone to wasting your time and energy on relationships that drain you, or are unable to keep your relationships together.

This is where the problem lies. There is nothing else. Concentrate on reciprocity.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Everybody should constantly be reviewing their relationships. Each person in your family must earn the right to be there.

It was the same with your relationships that you care about. It’s like gardening. A beautiful garden is only attractive if it’s maintained and weeded regularly.

The same goes for relationships. Double your efforts to find the best ones. Eliminate the bad ones.

What’s your rich strategy?

Letting go quickly was a strategy that allowed me to grow my company. Many entrepreneurs struggle to identify and remove draining or parasitic relationships. This applies not only to personal life but also to business. Relationships are the foundation of business.

You will never be able to establish a real connection or know how you can determine the right person for you. Focus on your connections’ skills. This will help you work better with your team members and other people.

How do you overcome Failure?

My biggest mistake as an entrepreneur was selecting the wrong business. Because that was all I knew, I began my career as a financial advisor.

To be successful, I had to help others with their money. However, once I started, I realized it wasn’t the right path.

Instead of continuing, I decided to take the plunge and create the right business. Many people want to keep going because they don’t want to lose what they’ve worked so hard for.

It is important to remember that success is not an end goal. You climb the mountain. Each step opens up a new world. You won’t be happy if you do something you don’t want.

Don’t hesitate to take the plunge. For every experience, be grateful.

Can you share a business idea?

The “Rate My Relationship” app allows you to rate your relationship. This allows you to identify symptoms and decide if they are healthy and helpful.

You can talk to it or tick the boxes. However, you may be confused about whether they are the right person for you.

Are they good mentors? Do you have a good client? A good boyfriend? It would be great to have an app that can help you assess your relationships.

This app will make a significant impact on mental health.

What’s your recent best buy?

My daughter’s math tutor. Your success will determine your professional success. Avoidance mode is a way to avoid any personal drama. This can lead to failure.

I want my children to have no self-esteem problems. They should be able to do anything they set their minds to.

It is worth investing in the right help to make them successful.

What are your favorite Software or Apps?

Voxer is a combination of texting and a walkie-talkie app. My private clients and my staff are both there. I can talk to them all day long via voicemail or text message. It reduces the need for meetings and emails and helps me stay productive.

Which book would you recommend?

“The Science of Getting Rich” is the book I recommend. This book is a great way to build a foundation for success. It helps you think differently about success and wealth. You will also find excellent business insight in it.

One paragraph explains that success won’t happen if you choose the wrong company. It is worth reading.

What’s your favorite quote?

“The only way out”.

Robert Frost’s

Many people believe that things will get better when things get complicated. It doesn’t. It just means that you’ll stay there. If you don’t improve, you are just stagnating.

Any effort worth making will be difficult and stressful. Face it. That is the only way to achieve that result. You must see the big picture. No matter what profession you work in, there will always be a challenge.

You’ll win if you can see the big picture and persevere.

TL;DR by Julia Cha

Everything else in life will flow naturally if you set yourself up to achieve that level of success.

Your life will unfold naturally.

Strategies are not the reason you are successful.

It is because of your relationships.

It is not about reaching a goal.

You climb the mountain.

Each step opens up a new perspective.

If you don’t improve, you are downgrading.
