Alex Valencia, co-owner of We Do Web Content, knows content is the king.

The agency is a digital marketing agency that creates content and marketing strategies.

It produces online content for both law firms and medical professionals and small and large businesses across the country.

The firm has experienced rapid growth over the last few years.

Its staff has grown five times, and the three-year average growth rate of 197%.

This led to them being named in the prestigious Inc. 5000.

They developed a proprietary software program to simplify the content creation process, combining years of experience with forward-thinking technology.

WeDo is a platform that streamlines content creation. It will be fully launched later in the year.

The beta version is available to an invitation-only group of companies.

What is the story of the idea for We Do Web Content?

My wife came up with the idea for We Do Web Content.

My wife created a website for a law company and quickly realized the importance of content to drive traffic.

There were many web design and SEO agencies at the time.

But nobody was creating quality content on a large scale.

We identified a need in the market and were able to fill it.

Law firms started to notice our new approach to digital marketing via content.

Our growth was organic and rapid, much like how content can help clients scale. Content is the king of all things.

How do you stay productive?

I use many calendar platforms for the reminders I need to stay on track.

I am a master at delegation and rely on my skilled team to accomplish the tasks.

We reached a point in our business when we had outgrown our small shop and needed to hire employees to meet the needs of our clients.

We are blessed to have a team to trust to care about our clients and push our vision forward.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Ideas often appear at the most unexpected times.

I write down my thoughts or send them to myself so that they don’t go unnoticed.

I work with an implementation team to help a seed of an idea grow into something tangible.

The best ideas help businesses grow and prosper.

It is essential to have a team that you can trust.

What’s your favorite trend?

Content is a rapidly growing trend, which is exciting for our company. The market is endless for content creators.

We continue to innovate as a company in both the content we create and how we make it.

What habits make you productive?

Morning prayer and meditation are two habits that I believe make me more productive.

It is essential to set the right intention for my day. Everything will follow.

What’s your advice for the Noob?

If I could go back and give myself key life lessons, I would tell myself to invest in Google, pay more attention to business contracts, and get a law or business degree.

Those tips would have been a massive help in the future.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

Buyers may not appreciate the monetary value content.

Our job is to educate companies about content’s importance and market value.

A well-crafted piece of transactional content could be worth many million dollars to a client.

The investment to have it made is only a few hundred dollars.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Proper communication and being on the same page are essential for business.

Make sure you confirm the words of others and that they fully understand what you are saying.

Recap the conversation to ensure that nothing is lost in translation.

What’s your rich strategy?

There has never been a formal sales process. It has always been about attending webinars, speaking at conferences, and building relationships with people.

We don’t ever sell. Eventually, a need will be created as you nurture those relationships, and those contacts become clients.

I am very passionate about relationships and only work with people who fit our culture.

We always prioritize other people over ourselves.

How do you overcome Failure?

It was a significant hurdle that I didn’t overcome in my quest to prepare for 2021.

It is being worked through by creating a sales machine, hiring a consultant, joining mastermind groups, and building out the other side of our business that we have never had.

Can you share a business idea?

The way we interact as humans have changed dramatically.

It would be wonderful to have a place where our teens can get together and share meaningful experiences.

They need a social environment that allows them to be social, build relationships and get away from technology.

What’s your recent best buy?

Coinbase, a cryptocurrency trading platform that went public recently, was a company I invested in.

It’s likely to continue growing in value and popularity based on my research and the advice of others who are experts in the field.

It’s a new way to use currency, and it is rapidly growing in popularity.

Although it has been around for some time in the private sector, now there is more potential.

The world finally accepts and takes cryptocurrencies seriously.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

Slack is a great communication tool that our business uses.

Slack is an excellent way to communicate with my team members beyond email.

You can send images, documents, and text-like messages directly to your entire team or a particular group.

Which book would you recommend?

I highly recommend How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.

Since my ninth-grade teacher recommended it, I have read the book many times.

Since then, I have tried to read it every single year.

All roads lead to business relationships.

This book teaches you how to treat others, put others first, and be a great conversationalist.

What’s your favorite quote?

“The ultimate measure for a man’s worth is not his position in moments of convenience or comfort but where he stands during times of challenge, controversy, and hardship.”
