What is the story of Ziphawk?
Ziphawk Inc. saw a chance to do good. Drivers who put in the work have helped to build multi-billion-dollar companies.
Why should we be allowed to take a large portion of their earnings simply because we can?
We saw the mistakes Uber and Lyft made. We saw the potential for a company that values people.
We want to make our platform the best possible and value all those who work hard to achieve it.
How do you stay productive?
I have found that waking up an hour earlier every morning has dramatically helped me get most things done.
To make every day more productive, you need to be happy, set goals, and take action.
How do you bring ideas to life?
Since childhood, I’ve been creative and always believed in the power of doing things.
When I take action or make giant steps, there are many times when I have doubts.
I often ask myself, “Why am I doing it?” and face many obstacles. But I don’t give up. I won’t stop trying until I succeed.
I find that a combination of both creativity and do-ability helps me bring my ideas to life.
What’s your favorite trend?
It excites me to hear Elon Musk send people to Mars. I wish I could go one day and return.
What habits make you productive?
It has to be getting up in the morning.
What’s your advice for the Noob?
Learning to manage emotions and love yourself first are two lessons I have learned over time.
My younger self should not be so critical of me and not get too upset about myself.
What is one thing we can all agree on?
That I can challenge giants and that I have solutions that work.
What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?
Persevere, persevere, persevere.
What’s your rich strategy?
Making things simple and adding value to others’ lives is my most excellent strategy.
People who succeed make it easy — not harder. So my constant effort is to make life easier and provide value that exceeds all expectations.
How do you overcome Failure?
Sometimes the illusion that you are an expert can get in the way of your intuitions and better judgments.
It is essential to listen to others and surround yourself with mentors.
Can you share a business idea?
This is something I’d love to do someday. It’s a peer-to-peer property listing and selling platform.
What’s your recent best buy?
I just spent $113 in SF on books. I was able to see my first Amazon Store and decided to buy books there rather than online.
I ended up buying more books in person than I would online.
What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?
Google and Slack
Which book would you recommend?
Significant to Great Jim Collins. To move from good to great, you must transcend the curse of competence.
What’s your favorite quote?
Every morning, you have two options: either continue to dream or chase your dreams.
TL;DR by Bhawna Parkar
You will get more value from people if you pay them what they are worth.

Do not be critical of yourself. Always practice self-love.
