Jenna Lofton, a Certified Financial Advisor and stock trader is currently a New York City resident.

Jenna has an MBA with a Financial Focus and an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Maryland.

She also worked for several Wall Street firms before she decided to go back to school and start her ventures.

What is the story of StockHitter.com get its idea?

It’s funny how I kept hitting “home runs” with my stock picks and recommendations, so one of my best friends called me the Stock Hitter. StockHitter.com was born.

How do you stay productive?

My goal is to make an hour for myself each morning.

I wake up at 5 am, apply my makeup, have to breakfast, and then write for at least half an hour.

It has been an excellent way to get my day started with focus and determination.

Instead of answering emails and taking conference calls, I switched to Do Not Disturb at work.

This means that I will not be distracted by texts or Skype calls.

This allows me to be more creative and prevents distractions.

This allows me to be more productive, dealing with employee complaints or attending conference calls.

How do you bring ideas to life?

It’s essential to take action when you are passionate about something.

It’s not difficult for me to ask the right questions, get to the bottom of the issues, and develop creative solutions.

I ask the right questions, then take action.

What’s your favorite trend?

Blockchain technology Blockchain is a way to create a digital database that grows as data is added.

It is like having a second bank account, where all your transactions and purchases are recorded and shared with others.

This technology is still fascinating to me.

It acts as a central point of information, so all users don’t need to duplicate databases.

Instead, they are synchronized and transferred across networks as required.

We see the potential use cases for stocks, bonds, and futures contracts.

This means that trading today involves matching buyers and sellers to create an exchange (e.g., central).

Blockchain offers all of these services without having a central authority.

The distributed database makes it more difficult to corrupt and easier to share.

What habits make you productive?

To be more productive, I do many things, including eating right, sleeping at least 10 hours per night, and exercising every day.

My morning gratitude list is one of my most distinctive habits.

Although it may seem unlikely, this simple routine has made an enormous difference in my company’s success.

More grateful people have higher levels of optimism and less anxiety.

Positive emotions are crucial to success as an entrepreneur.

Harvard conducted a study and found that people who write down three positive things each day are more likely to help others, lose weight (without dieting), exercise more, and find more fulfilling work without spending more money.

What habits will make the most significant impact on your business?

Being grateful for all that I have each day is an integral part of my company’s success.

It makes me appreciate all that I have achieved professionally and personally.

It makes me want to give back more than I take advantage of others or hurt them.

If someone is compassionate towards others, offers help when needed, and gives their time rather than taking it, they attract even more suitable to their lives!

What’s your advice for the Noob?

There are so many things that I wish I had known when I was younger.

First, you should only pursue something you truly want and believe will make a significant difference in your life.

You’ll never know what could have been if you don’t.

Second, avoid falling prey to the “hustle trap.”

This is what can destroy your creativity and productivity.

Because you place so much importance on the future, which often doesn’t meet our expectations, you will find yourself unhappy with nearly everything.

You’ll find yourself constantly “working on” other important things rather than completing them.

Focus on doing less but doing the best.

What is one thing we can all agree on?

I don’t want to get caught up in things that don’t matter, like how other people view me or how my business appears to them.

It doesn’t matter how I feel or if I am happy doing what I do.

Although it may sound foolish, we spend so much time trying to impress others with our expensive houses and cars that it doesn’t matter.

It is incredibly liberating to realize how much people care too much about their own lives.

What do you recommend as an entrepreneur?

Every time I do something, I ask myself why.

It is incredible how often you can find an easy solution to a problem by asking one question.

This is the most powerful tool for making decisions and can help you decide if it’s worth the effort.

It is essential to understand the reasons behind everything that happens in your life or business.

What’s your rich strategy?

It’s always a good idea to surround yourself with people willing to share their opinions about your business and suggest ways to improve it.

This input can save you time and money.

It’s essential to be upfront with issues from the beginning.

Let someone know if you don’t like something.

Please don’t wait for your work to arrive in their hands or until a scheduled launch.

You can work with them to find a solution if something doesn’t go according to plan.

How do you overcome Failure?

There were many failures, but I tried to learn from them and improve my business.

I recall a specific incident when we moved our offices from Long Island to Staten Island.

The day before we were due to move into our new space, everything seemed to be going well… until 4 pm!

Guess what happened an hour later? People suddenly found themselves working at full speed while others were having beers or taking a break. Guess what? Many people had vanished, leaving me alone – which is not a good sign for any startup company.

I was left with nothing in my bank account except enough to buy gas and beer.

This was the first night in my entire life that I was able to work straight through the night.

It was necessary to ensure we were on track for our move-in date.

After a 5-hour drive, I finally slept in an $80/night hotel room for one hour.

The carpet was so thin that you could see the floor below me.

I got up at 6 am to work and spent the rest of the day doing interviews.

Although it worked out well, when I reflect on how miserable that weekend was, I can see how difficult it would have been if I had not taken immediate action!

Can you share a business idea?

I have an idea to create a “telephone concierge,” where people can call for help when they are stuck.

It would be nice to have someone nearby who can show them how and respond to any questions.

For example, parking may be scarce in tourist areas.

It would be convenient to have someone who can drive tourists from one location to another.

If the visitor needs more information, the person would be able to provide details about the tickets, coupon codes, and any other deals.

If you’re in New York City with lots of traffic, the same applies.

It seems easy enough to ask someone to sit at the tunnel entrance and offer to take you to either end.

It would be an excellent service if affordable and still offered helpful service.

There are many possibilities. The only problem is whether the service will be profitable and not allow someone to make a lot of money by charging a high price for such an idea.

What’s your recent best buy?

I just spent $100 on a pair of jeans that will be with me for many years.

While I realize many people disagree with me, I will often pay more than $100 for clothes.

It’s an investment in myself, and I usually plan to wear them.

What are your favorite Softwares or Apps?

To be more productive, I only use ONE WORD. Except for “Don’t allow yourself to get distracted,” I don’t have any magical tricks.

For me, it’s just a matter of staying focused and avoiding distractions.

Which book would you recommend?

Because I struggled with money and other issues in my youth, I have read “Rich Father Poor Dad” quite a lot.

I have been inspired to invest and use funds for more than buying groceries or paying essential bills.

What’s your favorite quote?

“Wealth is the ability to experience life fully.”

Henry David Thoreau. However, I am sure he would have said it differently if he were still alive today.

TL;DR by Jenna Lofton

Never give up! You can always find a way out, even when it seems impossible. It just takes a little creativity.

Sometimes it is necessary to work hard, and other times you need to try new approaches.

Focus on providing quality service to customers and colleagues.

Sometimes, all you need is to take action right away and not waste time.
