Honey & Roses has been connected to top-tier bakers, roasters,s, and artisans through her content creation, photography, and social media skills.

With a track record of scaling social media platforms to thousands of followers.

She has extensive experience in product development and design, which has allowed the collection to flourish.

Ella is originally from New York and is currently based there.

From where did Honey & Roses Coffee Co. get its idea?

After discussing several ideas for a while, Honey & Roses was born out of a problem we were facing: finding great coffee near us.

We didn’t have easy access to exceptional coffee at that time.

Both of us lived in upstate New York and had to drive long distances to get great coffee.

To get my favorite coffee, I used to drive 45 minutes to Queens every week.

We started to talk about our problems,s and the idea came together.

Today, we are an eCommerce marketplace that brings the cafe experience to everyone’s doorstep.

We are proud to serve thousands of customers and our partners across the country.

How do you make your day more productive?

Everything is kept in a planner. Each night, I make a list of things to do.

I get up at 5:45 am and turn off my phone for at least one hour before starting my day.

This keeps me sane. When I get started working, I check my emails and social media.

I also create video content and do any photography needed.

My meetings start in the afternoon,n and I have already completed the “to-do” items for the day.

My workouts and walks usually end in the afternoon. I use the early evening to plan my week and catch up with last-minute items.

Although I would prefer to turn off my phone and quit working, that is not always possible. My ultimate goal is to create more structure.

How can you bring your ideas to life?

Once we have an idea, we meet with our team to brainstorm.

This is where we let our ideas flow and allow them to be evaluated.

We create an action plan and timeline if we decide to go ahead with an idea.

Our team has many strengths that allow us to think outside of the box and find new opportunities.

Which trend is your favorite?

Sustainability and small business have become trendy. It was not so long ago that it was all about large brands, franchises,s, and designers.

People care more about the people they support, what their products contain, and how it impacts the environment.

Small businesses can now focus on sustainability and innovation by having more social responsibility. There are many options.

Which habit makes you more productive as an entrepreneur than another?

I have a solid morning and evening routine. I was walking and working out are essential parts of my day.

These short breaks help me stay focused, balanced, and motivated. I also try to avoid checking my phone at night.

This isn’t easiest when you run your own business.

However, my work-life balance allows me to be productive and focused while working.

It helps prevent burnout and improves mental health.

What advice would your younger self give you?

Be kind to yourself. Things constantly change,y and there will always remain challenges.

Instead of dwelling on the negatives, be grateful for the successes and challenges.

All of them are learning experiences that can lead to self-improvement.

We need to hear something you believe that is true and that nearly everyone agrees with.

Everything can be written by hand.d This is a more personal and practical approach than using online apps.

What is one thing that you recommend to everyone as a successful entrepreneur?

Think critically, challenge and research. Even though we have very different skills, my business partner constantly challenges one another.

This can sometimes lead totoursickering, but it is our way of making sure everything is evaluated holistically.

There are many headlines on the internet promise easy money, such as.

There are many headlines on the internet promising easy money, such as “I started a business with zero money” and “I made $10,000 my first-month selling.”

Some lucky people have a lot of money, but it is not easy to make it.

Find something that you love! This will keep you motivated to work hard and continue growing every day.

Which strategy has been most successful in growing your business?

Traditional businesses recommend approaching customers as both ‘they’ or ‘the entity.

I have found that a personalized approach is far more successful. Customers are always contacted first.

This is important to our business and a crucial part of our approach. Our interactions are our own.

How did you overcome that failure as an entrepreneur?

I would call it inertia if your business isn’t performing well; it’schallengingt to keep going with the hustle.

Although I’ve had business ventures fail, it was all part of learning. Entrepreneurs can be paralyzed by fear of failure.

It often makes it difficult to move forward. Particularly no, with social media.

There are many stories about social media that claim overnight success.

There are so many stories on social media where companies claim they made thousands within months.

You can only keep moving forward if you have the willpower and do your research.

Shark Tank’s experienced entrepreneurs agree with this sentiment.

It will be hard work, but you will continue to work.

It’s not easy because everyone would do it! This is why I believe the rewards are so much greater.

Which business idea would you be willing to share with our readers?

A year ago, I was trying desperately to create a tool that would peel an onion without making it painful.

If they can do that, they will have their first customer!

Which was the most expensive $100 you spent recently? Which and why?

Although it might not seem glamorous, we just bought a thermal printer.

It’s hard to describe how grateful I am for this investment.

It is a nightmare to print hundreds of labels with a regular printer.

It’s worth investing in tons of wicker storage containers.

They organize our coffee and other products.

You’ll be more productive if everything is in its place.

Which piece of software or web service can you use to help you be more productive?

Asana was a new tool that we discovered recently. Although we’re still learning, Asana has helped us have a central place where we can share information and keep track of what is happening.

It allows us to keep track of everything we are working on.
I also love social media planning tools.

These apps are invaluable in planning social media campaigns and feed.

They are invaluable for all brands, regardless of size.

Which book would you recommend to our community? Why?

Jerusalem by Yotam Ottolenghi. It is my favorite cookbook—Jerusalem iisffantasticmelting pot of cultures and cuisines.

I’m an avid traveler. This cookbook makes it easy to access from home, much like Honey & Roses does with coffee, baked goods, and cutlery.

Which quote is your favourite?

“Your success lies in you.” This quote is my favorite because it reminds us that we have control over our lives.

Helen Keller

It is easy to wonder what could have been different or how it could have gone better.

Instead, we need to feel empowered to take action, make changes, and be thankful for what we have. It is an important reminder.

What are the Key Learnings “Ella Jesmajian ” could offer to Enterprenuer readers?

Do not believe every success story you hear—It isn’t easy to start a business,s and it takes time to build one.

There are many obstacles to overcome when you embark on a journey of entrepreneurship.

It is possible to have a success story that sounds too good.

Never stop pushing yourself. We are capableofodoingo so much more than what we think.

Although there are always challenges, it is essential to push yourself beyond your comfort zone.

Do not be a perfectionist. Get started. You will not be able to move forward if you keep trying to create the perfect advertisement, product, or website.

Let your customers help you innovate, scale, and scale your product.

Accept your “failures” as they happen. Although this is not always easy, it helps us learn and grow.

When starting a business, failures, and risks are essential.

You will never realize your product’s true potential if you don’t take risks.
